○수수료는 현금 또는 CARD(Debit, Credit) 결제 가능 (빠른 서비스 제공을 위해 가급적 카드로 결제 요망)
○신속한 여권발급을 위해 DHL로 신청하실 경우 미리 결제하여 여권발급신청 시 영수증 제출 필요 ※ 발급 소요예상 기간: 일반신청(약 6~8주), DHL 신청(약2~3주)
○여권, 재외국민등록부 등본 발급, 가족관계증명서 발급 등 즉시 처리가 안 되는 민원업무 접수 시 등기 반송봉투 (XpressPost)를 반드시 지참 필요
The Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Toronto will conduct a consular outreach mission in Windsor, Ontario on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, to facilitate civil services for Korean nationals residing in remote areas.
During this outreach, the consulate will offer services such as:
Passport issuance
Notarizations
Family relations, nationality, military service matters
Overseas Korean registration (Note: Visa services and certain other services are not included.)
We invite all Korean residents in the area to make use of this convenient opportunity.

Fees: Can be paid by cash or card (Debit/Credit) (Card payment is preferred for faster service.)
Expedited Passport Processing: If applying via DHL, payment must be made in advance, and a payment receipt must be submitted at the time of application.
Estimated processing times:
Standard: approx. 6–8 weeks
DHL Express: approx. 2–3 weeks
For services not processed immediately (e.g., issuing passport copies, family relation certificates), an XpressPost return envelope must be provided.
